Shelter Insurance Agent Business Center Intranet Site
- Please note: As this is an intranet site it is only accessible to Shelter employees
- Currently working with various departments to help with information architecture.
- Wireframing. This is a large site with three main sections. Each section contains about 10 pages on average that can then lead to additional pages.
- This is one of those intranet sites where some of the content hasn’t been looked at in years and nobody knows who owns it. It is an interesting project.
American Shield Insurance
- Created wireframes for five user flows yet to be implemented.
- Gathered requirements for flows.

Shelter Insurance Policy Change

- Focused on UX Design. Designed the flow of a complex task to cause the least confusion for customers.
- Assisted in requirements gathering.

- Held first round of usability testing and created PowerPoint presentation based off the findings. Waiting for prioritization from management to implement changes.

- Their old site had a lot of content that was dead or very spread out. Conducted a card sort to help with information architecture.
- Trained and lead two front-end developers through development process.
- Will watch the Customer Service Reps use the site as they work with Shelter customers to find the rough areas
